I was alerted to JA's thread on an improper picture being posted on the Stereomojo.com site, so I looked into what was going on. Clearly, JA was right in protecting what was their property, and I went to check on the Stereomojo.com website to ensure our publications weren't impacted. What I found many not be surprising given the experience of others.
Mr Darby, it's very clear that you're not to concerned what's being lifted from other places. However, you should be because just as I respect the propery on your site, you should respect the property of others.
Smack in the middle of this review is a graph of Wilson Audio WATT Puppy measurements taken directly from one of our sites:

http://www.soundstagenetwork.com/measurements/speakers/wilson_wattpuppy8/We are the only ones on the Internet who publish NRC measurements, and it's because we pay for them and own them. If you want to obtain your own, please set up the same kind of arrangement we have. Also, take note that the measurements page these were taken from clearly states that these measurements are our property. Finally, why avoid actually naming the product the graph refers to? Is it to avoid telling people where you might have actually gotten the graph from?
This message isn't just to point this out but to tell you to remove that graph. As well, I'll look through your site and, hopefully, find nothing more. If you know of anything, though, please remove it now.
Given JA's experience, and now our own, I find this quite disturbing given that you run a publication and should be aware that this sort of thing is just not acceptable.
