If it's ok to purchase a product you reviewed - which may help the manufacturer - then it's ok to sell it - which may balance out the help.
But most likely when you sell it, no one will even notice.
Some manufacturers require you to sign a form promising not to sell the component for a year.
And some of the magazines have a policy prohibiting you from selling it for more than you paid.
