The Paramour design should work with 45s with only a couple minor modifications - change the bias resistor to reduce the plate current, and add a resistor to the power supply to drop the B+ about 10-15v. It operates at 4kohms, close enough to the 4.6k, or another output transformer could be used (such as the 125E) to tune it spot on.
