With my setup, at listening distance, I can hit about 103 dB with the volt meter hovering around 2 volts at the speaker taps..( Under load).
At 1 volt, it is very full...very powerful. If the Paramours could hit 3 volts ( being that 2.83= 1 Watt@ 8 ohms), then I am looking forward to some "serious shit".
It shall be amazing, and the brightest side will be hearing the break-in, and rediscovering all my music all over again.
I have always wanted to exceed the Dynaco, now it looks like this is for real.
Remember......I have not even installed the anticipations' in the Foreplay yet, and probably will not..until the Paramours have logged about 300 hours. I sure like the Foreplay as it is ...Snubber, upgraded power cord, upgraded Capacitors ( Switched to 4 Mics..oil/paper)clear tops, and some super duper hand made wires.
I am sure the reports I will get out in two weeks...will be full of awe !!
