The 76 takes 300mA filament current, just fine for Paramour. I would run it at 200v (300 at the top of the C4s) same as the stock setup. Set the C4S to 5.4mA with a 1680 ohm cathode resistor for about 9v bias. It should work OK without a cathode bypass cap.
