Paramour help needed!

151.202.79.113

Hi -- this is the first DIY project I've ever done, and I definitely need some help.

I've just finished wiring my first unit and I just checked all the resistance values. Terminals 1, 2 and 4 checked out just fine, as did B7 and B8.

But all the terminals in the lower left-hand quadrant, around the four-pin socket, checked out with mega-ohms or overloaded the meter! That's terminals 12, 14, 17, 25, A1, A3 and A4.

I've reheated the solder joints at all the problem terminals (and some of the others) and checked the wiring with the book.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? Do the M* readings all around the A socket give any clue as to what might be wrong??

Thanks in advance,
Patrick (desperate)
