RE: Are two capacitors in parallel just as good as one sonically?

I have done extensive testing of input capacitors. Parallel film capacitors to my ears sound better than a single capacitor achieving the same value. Parallel capacitors sound "faster" than a single value.

I have not tried parallel electrolytic capacitors. Electrolytics bypasses with smaller value film capacitors always sound better to me than the electrolytic by itself.

I would suggest you try it for yourself.
