PGP8.1 issue

In doing the latest round of mods to what were once Parabees, I noticed that the bobbin on one of the 8.1s is loose within the lamination stack. Is this a big problem and can the bobbin be somehow refixed by the judicious use of varnish or some adhesive? Thanks,
