May be not you problem but when I built my EROS I had to crank up the volumn quite a ways, thanks to poster MisterM he had the same problem and discovered he had left out a 1 inch jumper on the plate servo board and so did I! page 29 bottom picture, 1 inch red jumper. After installing that crucial wire my level was great at 3 clicks, I also changed out the EF86 tubes for much quieter ones. Hope thats you problem, easy fix for super satisfaction.
