Ping PJ: questions from last week

Hi Paul,

I had a mess of questions last week, and you asked me to remind you about them this week.

Starting from the last question and working back, what would be disadvantages of using push pull for the first stage of a phono pre, fed from an SUT?

Of course, feel free to address any of them that you wish. I just figured that this might be the most general question that would be of interest to this forum.
