As followers of this series of posts will know, three of my eight total LED's don't light. But I can get two of these three, on the C4S board, to light by putting the black multitester probe on the silver end and the red probe on the other end, set to measure up to 400 ohms. The two LED's nearest the end (away from transistors, nearest C4S wire to ground plane) don't light in this way--they give a very brief reading of several hundred ohms (variable) and then back to 0. The B3-B9 LED can also be multitester-lit in this way. Probably proves nothing, except that no LED's are in backwards, which I at least already knew.
I'll report the wire-swap results and also some further resistance and voltage checks, later today probably. Thanks for all the help!
