Hi
Speakers are the same as resistors. Series adds, parallel divides (well, it is not always that simple but in this case it is) with 4, 8 ohm speakers you need:

speaker 1 in series with speaker 2 = 16 ohm.

Speaker 3 in series with speaker 4 = 16 ohm.

The two sets of series speakers, connected in parallel, will give you 8 ohms.
