Rent the honeymoon suite at Manressa Castle in Port Townsend. It's a beautiful old Victorian bedroom suite in the castle tower, with all the romance that implies. You can go down one flight of stairs that is right outside your door to a four star restaurant for meals. If it works for you guys like it worked for us you won't probably won't find time to do any sightseeing...or get much sleep ;^)>

Port Townsend is about a four and a half hour drive from Vancouver WA and an hour and a half trip from Seattle (including a 30 minute ferry ride).
