power supply ground not connected to chassis ground

Here's a little more detail... the circuit board for this amp was designed to have the filter caps and rectifying diodes on the board with everything else. I decided to build it with oil caps and 5ar4 rectifier since that is what the transformer was designed for.

The wires on the right are supposed to look like twisted wires. That's why they are sort of wavy and look like lots of ovals linked together.

* The green twisted wires are the filament secondaries.
* The yellow twisted wires are the secondaries for the 5AR4 rectifier.
* The red twisted wires are the main power supply secondaries 310VAC.

The red-dotted line is the center-tap of the power transformer. It connects to the tag strip where the electrolytics are mounted (actually, I'm only using one now instead of two in series). The negative side of the 'lytic goes to the ground, positive side to choke.

The circles are Oil Capacitors. The heavy red line coming off the last cap is the B+. I have it going to what the circuit board expects to be the last cap.

With regard to my Paramour I. I am using Wardweb's layout. I don't recall for sure without looking at it, but I don't remember having the signal ground connect to chassis ground. I'll have to throw that back on the bench tonight. Curious if both amps have the same issue (they should since they are supposed to be identical).
