Foreplay=0VAC, ST35=349VAC to Chassis

Looks like the Foreplay is not the culprit. Perhaps the Adcom does not have an issue because it is a floating ground (two prong) piece of equipment.

Also only a CD player connected to the Foreplay.

So, how do I go about isolating the issue? I've attached an image of the chassis layout for reference.
