Foreplay III Build Qestion

Hi,

I have a bajillion drain wires stuffed into 28U. I am up to page 32 where putting together the preamp starts. I can't find an instruction to solder the drain wires in 28U. I assume it is okay to do so now, but...

Before I solder them in, can anyone confirm that it is okay to do so?
