200V film caps in Bottlehead Seduction?

Can I safely use a film cap with a 200V rating to replace the P104J film cap in a Bottlehead Seduction? I think so, but would like to be sure.

I believe Paul Joppa told me I could, and that Russian Teflon was popular, and I have a pair to use. I also have Multicap RTX in that size, but think the Russian Teflon would be better. Any opinions?
