The 1uF caps are tuned to the stock output transformers and plate chokes. The 2uF is tuned to the MQ iron. It won't hurt anything to install the the 2uF except possibly a slight hit to the power bandwidth, i.e., the deep bass at full output might be slightly more distorted. Not a big deal.
