SEX 10 ohm resistor question

I just built a SEX amp with the iron upgrade. The manual (w/o the iron upgrade) recommends you place 10 ohm resistors across the speaker binding posts if you're using the amp with headphones. Is this still a good thing to do with the iron upgrade installed?
