The value needs to be 33nF to fit in the circuit without making other changes. If you use 30 nF you are off the specified value by 10%, which of course defeats the point of using 0.3% tolerance parts. The best bet is to parallel values together to create a 33nF value, or use the 32nF which is within 3% tolerance. The 150V rating is OK in that position.
