On 39 it says, "Attach and solder the red wire from 32U to pad "I" on the A end of the C4S board"

Basically, this terminal is the regulated 150V on the right side of the amplifier, so it needs to attach to the plate of the cathode follower, the regulated output on the center VR board, and the "I" for the voltage amplifier stage C4S.
