Headphones for Sister/Kugelis linestage..??

I am building a Sister/Kugelis linestage with Mike's B7 (500 Ohm) outputs, and need to decide what headphones and impedances are suitable for these outputs. Of course, I also would like to use them with my Mac PowerBook and also a Kawai digital engine(coupled to a Fatah keyboard), though the linestage use will mainly determine choice. I would appreciate the views of anyone having experience with phones and these outputs. Thanks!
