Grainger -

A1 to A4 = 0.2 ohms (reading through the heater wire, yes?)
A1 and A4 to signal ground = "sawtooth"
+ Cap lead to other side of T11 = 0.1
+ Cap lead to center terminal of hum pot = 0.1
- Cap lead to other side of T12 = 0.1
- Cap lead to center terminal of hum pot (through 1.2K) = "sawtooth"

The cap, resistor, and trim pot are new.
