I first tried to read only the 2A3 heater voltage, leaving the rest of the outputs connected. Not smart, but may have actually helped in troubleshooting. Bright flash and the magic blue smoke came out from under the cap at T4/5. Removed cap and resistor, resistor reads 270k, the cap I can't tell (no capacitance meter.)
All of these parts are now suspect, having been exposed to a serious overcurrent. I'll replace them all. Probably the diodes, too.
Odd thing is, with the cap and 270K resistor out of circuit, the A1 and A4 resistance readings are still whacked. I wonder if I have two problems. Seems unlikely, but it wouldn't be the first time that's happened to me.
