Paul -

I'll check out the power trannie, and if it's bad, I guess I'll need to get that unit from you.

Checkout ideas:

1. Remove all transformer secondary leads from circuit.
2. Check with ohmmeter. Should be ~0 ohms, yes?
3. If 2 is good, power up amp and check voltages (assuming fuse doesn't blow)

If the fuse blows, or the outputs are wrong, it's new trannie time, I guess.
