Had a little DIY horn and tube get together a few weeks ago - quite a few people in the near vicinity into this stuff, just no Bottlehead users.

The room isn't that big actually (17'6" x 12'4" max) and one downside is that there is nowhere to have have stuff waiting 'in the wings' as there would be in the main house. But aside from that the 'Shed' is always open to visitors.
