For this prototype, the remote control setup is an 80 step ladder attenuator. With my sensitive amps my aggressive DAC, I'm still 30 steps up the ladder where I used to be at the 1st click on my 12 step sweetest whispers with the DAC turned way down. I can't really say much else about it... at this particular moment I'm desiging an aluminum handset to go with it.
