Interconnects are very unlikely to be the reason for microphonics. That would most likely be a 6DJ8. Changing the tube and isolating and damping the chassis will do more to reduce that than hard wiring the output.

That said, it's certainly a viable idea to hardwire the circuit. I never think to mention stuff like that because we are always swapping gear here at the Chateau.
