Any ideas? (Don't know why I posted under a different username last night, I was half asleep)

Also, this is a question for anybody. How do you keep the RCA jacks from turning??? I tighten them as much as I can with pliers on the nuts and just holding them by hand on the rca side, but they seem to slip around still. I was thinking of applying hot glue or epoxy to the backside to keep everything from moving (not a ton, just some around the base) Would that be a good idea?
