Wow, the shape and size seem great! Slab floors, no windows,.. what more could you ask for. Just don't forget to break some wine bottles inside the walls. When they did acoustical studies of the great concert halls in Europe, that was one of the things they always found. Not very scientific, but when they rebuilt Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center (for those that don't remember, it was going to be the first great hall that was scientifically correct and it was so awful that Sir Thomas Beecham was quoted " burn it!") they made sure to place the broken glass here and there in the walls.
BTW If you have a tough time finding carpenters that are into audio, post an ad at your local Guitar Center's bulletin board, in fact, if your still looking for a tech,..
