It won't hurt anything as long as the level is low enough. However, the second stage and the signal-path caps will see a very small high-frequency signal, which may make the breakin process take a long time. That's just a guess of course - I haven't done the experiment, or heard of anyone who has, and nobody has a solid enough theory to make solid conclusions from.
