Question about the Bottlehead S.E.X. amp

Hi, i have a few questions about the bottlehead S.E.X. amp and how to set it up. My first question is: can i connect this amp to my computer so i can play music off iTunes? My second question is would the sound quality differ to the quality of the soundcard that i have installed within my computer? Thank you.
