I wouldn't use magnet wire for the transfomer secondaries or primaries.

The magnet wire is great for the circuit.

Can you imagine twisting 2 copper wires together for the transformer.... If any of the varnish scratches.....Boom!!!

Get some normal hookup wire for the transformer, and leave the magnet wire for the circuit.
