Thank you for taking the time to reply--it's much appreciated!

It sounds like Doc really likes the fully SR45/Paramour II conversion for it's sonics. I'm going to have to decide whether I think I can do the conversion without the usual incredible-quality Bottlehead manual. If not, then I guess I will have to "settle" for a direct-coupled Paramount 45. What a NICE option to have to settle for!
