I've looked thru archives, here & everywhere; but I need a sanity check:
Paramour I (early version), 45 conversion
1500 ohm cathode, Power Supply CLC+RC+R (R = 560, for total R = 1120 + DCRs to 45 plate)
CLC, where (L) is orginal plate choke, then RC to 15K to C4S, then R to BCP15 plate choke
into 3.3u to EXO-45.
? Are these 'measured' operating points ok?
With Full Music 45/n; 263V, 41mA, 60V bias
With Sylvania 45; 278V, 38mA, 57V bias
Heater with both tubes, 2.8 Vrms; thinking of adding 0.2 to 0.5 ohm in AC heater legs.
It sounds great.. but being $%nal about tube life?
