Hi Paul,
I measured my line voltage, and it was 118V, so I dont think that would be the cause, but I dont know. I am using the Sovtek 6922's that came with the kit. I may be able to find another 6922 around here and could try swapping it, would it matter if the tubes are not matched to each other?

The reason I suspected it was a tube is that the one channel seems to be working fine aside from the lowish voltages, while the other side does not seem to be working/ lighting up properly.
