Why not put your whole system on a 1:1 AC isolation transformer? These things generally have horrible bandwidth, so you will likely not squeak that noise through it. Also, there is a large Hammond choke you can put across the secondaries that will further reduce this issue (193L or 193M, I don't remember). I had an enormous problem with some switching outdoor quartz lights. I ended up using series inductance with the line that feeds the lights to knock out everything above about 1khz, and it worked like a charm.
