foreplay III voltage check help

going through the voltage checks on the foreplay III

terminal voltage my reading
h1 26.3 0
h2 32.6 6
12 150 0
15 75 0
22 26.3 0
25 372 0
one thing to note the 33k resister from 22-24 reads like their is no resistance but i attributed that to the fact their is a cap in parallel
also the left channel led lights (on the right when upside down) while the right does not.
