seduction reistance check values questions

terminals 27,29,30,32,34,A3,B3,A8 & B8 show infinite resistance on resistance check. Is this right? Have checked resistance through all joints so i'm assuming they are fine (? i am beginner at this). Also, in trying to figure it out, i ran resistance check over 104J capacitors. the one on the "A" side at 27-29 reads infinite or 66.5 with voltmetre set at 200kohms, whereas the 104J on "B" side at 37-39 reads 14.04 consistantly. is this right? Do diodes just read infinite til current goes through? thanks, david
