Stereo volume pot

I haven't had any trouble with the stereo volume pot being unbalanced. Whatever sound degradation may occur was well worth it not to have to get up five times to get the stereo image set properly every time I adjusted the volume level using two mono pots (what a pain!). And I like the continuous pots versus the stepped attenuators so I could tweak the volume on each side in tiny increments versus the jumps.

The alps pots worked for me but I wouldn't argue with someone about their quality compared to radio shack since you did a direct comparison.
