The fastest and easiest way is to buy one at Radio Shack or a similar place - they cost around $20 and you can hardly buy good RCA jacks for that, much less the box, switch, etc. Most of them now have three RCAs per source, one for video - but you don't have to use the video one ... :^)

Not the greatest audiophile switches this way, of course. But you can put two primary sources direct to the Foreplay, and use the third input for the switch box.
