I finally got around this weekend to installing the 10K Goldpoint attenuators/switches in my FP III.
From tearing out the old SW's and wiring to cutting larger mounting holes for the new switches, this upgrade involved quite a bit of re-work.
FWIW, the Goldpoint's produced a fairly significant change (less detail/edge than the old SW w/ Xicon? metal film) in the overall sound of my system.
