Her customer service is legendary and her attention to detail has always been super, in my experience.

The alternative is to get something slightly larger and file out the opening, I reckon. I wouldn't worry over much about the double-throw switch, because that "extra" terminal is under the chassis, and you could always insulate it with some electrical tape or a bit of heat-shrink to be extra safe. Or, you could always wire it so that both positions are "on", with only the center as "off".

Good luck! Remember, you can always bypass the switch temporarily so that you can listen while you get it sorted out!
