Paramount no300B filament glow on first start up,,,help needed

I have checked the 4 pin wiring and FC -1 wiring
LED light up and so does the 12AT7
I buildt them togather and both mono blocks have lighted AT7 and both have no filament light on the 300B Tube
I did do a recheck on solder joints and reheated some.
Actually all resistance chech out very good
Was just starting Volt "live Check" and abandon it since no juice is going to filament
Where should I focus the trouble shoot
I can post relevant resistance readings let me know which ones. Thanks in advance.
