Paramount output caps

While my Paramounts are on order, I was wondering what an appropriate output capacitor value (or range of values) would be for a Paramount equipped with 300b's and Magnequest EXO-003 and TFA-2004 Nickel core? I saw Paul J. post a while ago that 4.7uF to 5.6uF with stock iron is ok. I haven't thought about brand yet. Maybe I'll try Mundorfs this time. Thanks to all.
