It shouldn't once you get it set to what you want. If it does, I need to know what pages or links you did in what order. It may do that if you're not logged in and there's some work I need to do on the login in general. Yesterday, it was weird, but I think I solved those problems.
I just noticed a couple things that will be hard to resolve. Reviews and Inmate Systems do get written with hard links. It'll take time to get all the little bugs, but I've got time and a big can of RAID!
