My guess is that Quest built that FP for somebody who has since sold it.

The difference in a stock FP1 and a stock FP2 is the power trafo. FP1 used a 12.6 V. filament winding part, while FP2 used a 6.3 V. filament winding part. The signal path in both models is the same.
