What does this mean?

Hi all,

On the inside of this Forplay I just bought inscribed is says, "Quest Nov 13, 2000". Is this because it was assembled by Quest? Or modified or upgraded by Quesst? Or was this his amp? There is also an email that I sent a message to, but I am really curious what this means. This Forplay has stepped attenuators and film and foil coupling caps, and the anticipation C4S upgrade.
