Couple of quick Paramount build q's

The 220 Ohm 5W resistors appear to be resting on the 1-5 terminal strip - is this true, and/or is it okay if they do?
Also, any harm in putting some heat shrink around the ground bus (just locally as the bus passes the output terminals - might use some big studs and it's possible the bus wire could contact if it was shifted in handling) or any of the other wiring? Along the same lines, any problem using plastic ties and self-adhesive tie-downs or other means to keep the wire dress neat (it looks pretty neat in the manual - it's just that it's one of the few tweaks I'm qualified to implement)?
