Prometheus bass roll off

Using some test tones for the first time i realized the subs roll off steeply after 50hz! 40hz sounds very low and 30-35 hz is almost inaudible.This is with the preamp to rca input.Someone published a while back on this forum some freq resp graphs which seems to confirm this behaviour.Normally with two powered 12 inch subs we should get usable output to at least 30hz .....Is this acceptable?
